How To Let Go
To let go is not to deny the situation, it is to finally accept it.
To let go does not mean I stop caring about the other person it means I can't do it for them..
To let go is not to cut myself off, it is the realization that I cannot control another person.
To let go is not to condone ungodly activities, but to free the other to learn from natural consequences.
To let go is to admit powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in my hands.
To let go is not to try to change or to blame another, I can change only myself.
To let go is not try to fix the situation for them, but to be supportive..
To let go is not to judge and reject them, but to believe in the results God can bring forth.
To let go is not to be protective, it is to permit another to face reality.
To let go is not to regret and be sorrowful about the past, but to grow and live for the future.
To let go is not to be disloyal nor to forget the person, but to move forward and pray.
